This spider web is sticky with lust, catching its prey and wrapping them up tight, another morsel for the night.
I find my self caught and relaxed in the pleasure of captivity.
This penniless luxury is all to addictive.
A life lived like a modern libertine, I find my morals running thin… when debauchery is so strong with in.
Vitality pulses in every pore across my flesh and I have never felt so close to death.
Silver explosions in the blackness night, a call to lovers light.
Our bodies seem to be molded to one another, a strange familiarity an echo of what could be.
Passion, bliss and loss of innocence.
The world is folding in…. a crumbling of sin.
Every Wednesday at The Attic Shelter puts on a little 70s Glam Rock night called BLITZ. This includes hours and hours of glam jams and super CHEAP Champagne. Only $4 bucks for a mini bottle and $6 for a champagne cocktail!!! I may add as well that its Cook’s Brut Champagne my all time favorite.
This week has been especially exciting for BLITZ because my friend James Nielsen made us the most amazing flyer!! I can’t tell you how relieved and trilled I was when he offered to help me with a poster and flyer. I explained to him I wanted it to be based off of a Biba drawing that I have been obsessed with for a few years now. I love what he took from it and added to it. I feel so lucky to know such a talented artist. If you want to see more of his work check out his killer Flickr.
Hope to see you all there!!
When did we began to crumble?
Or did we flak?
You flaked, I crumbled.
I crumbled from your flakes…they were to heavy on my heart.
I disintegrated back into myself.
Back into my world, my home….alone.
Another fun photo shoot with Hana Haley. I absolutely adore working with Hana she is so artistic and has the most thought out and beautiful ideas of what images she wants to capture. I love her detailed taste and attention to color. I’m exited to say that we are aiming to do a photo shoot once a week untill she is back in school and we are both brimming with ideas. This one was taken at the Colma cemetery one of my very favorite places in the world. Hope you all enjoy.
